Sunday, April 3    THE RICH YOUNG MAN   Matthew 19: 16-30
   "I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.  Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."

Monday, April 4     THE RICH MAN AND LAZARUS   Luke 16: 19-31
    "Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire."

Tuesday, April 5     THE GREATEST COMMANDMENT    Matthew 22: 34-40
  " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.  This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it;  'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"
 
Wednesday, April 6     WOES   Matthew 23: 1-39
   "You give a tenth of your spices - mint, dill and cummin.  But you have neglected the more important matters of the law - justice, mercy and faithfulness.  You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former."

Thursday, April 7     IS JESUS THE CHRIST     John 7: 25-44
   "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.  Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, stream of living water will flow from within him."

Friday, April 8    THE COMING OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD    Luke 17: 20-37
   "The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is within you."

Saturday, April 9   SIGNS OF THE END OF THE AGE   Matthew 24: 1-51
   "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come."
